Hi everyone! I hope y'all are doing well! After many months, I am finally getting around to writing another recipe post. One of my New Year's resolutions is to write more of these posts, because I love sharing my vegetarian recipes.
I'm a huge fan of Taco Bell. I mean TBH, what Indian isn't? It's fast food that can be made vegetarian and it tastes SO good. Since I love it so much, I decided I would try making it at home, plus it's probably healthier homemade because you know what you're putting in it. Today, I decided to make my favourite Taco Bell order, "The Crunchwrap Supreme" and I think I like it better than the original. The ingredients taste fresher and you can control what you're putting inside. I mean, I'm still gonna go to Taco Bell - especially if it's really late and I don't want to make food or I'm craving fast food!
**Note - this can be made vegan. You can substitute the sour cream out (my mom does that) and replace the cheese for nutritional yeast! **
